Privacy & Policy

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") is designed to inform you, the user or customer (collectively "you" or "your"), about how GoyWear, a sole proprietorship operating under applicable laws and regulations, collects, uses, discloses, and protects any information that may be deemed personal or otherwise identifiable (collectively "Personal Data") when you interact with our website, purchase products, or engage with our services. This Policy is crafted in accordance with various international, European, and American data protection standards, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), the UK Data Protection Act 2018, and other relevant frameworks such as the Privacy Shield principles (though deprecated, referenced for historical compliance), the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Privacy Framework, and general principles of data minimization, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity and confidentiality, accountability, and lawfulness as outlined in multiple jurisdictions' data protection laws. We emphasize that compliance with these standards is a foundational aspect of our operations, ensuring that all data processing activities are conducted in a manner that respects the rights and freedoms of individuals while maintaining the necessary security measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of Personal Data. It is important to note that this Policy applies solely to information collected through our website and services and does not extend to third-party websites or services that may be linked or referenced herein, for which we bear no responsibility or liability. By using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Policy, and you consent to the processing of your Personal Data as described below, subject to your rights to withdraw consent at any time where applicable.

At GoyWear, we are committed to transparency in our data handling practices. When you visit our website, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter (if available), or otherwise interact with our platform, we may collect certain types of Personal Data. This includes, but is not limited to, contact information such as your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, payment details (processed securely through third-party gateways), device information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and usage data like pages visited, time spent on site, and referral sources. We may also collect non-personal data through cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to enhance user experience, analyze trends, administer the site, track user movements, and gather demographic information for aggregate use. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help us remember preferences and improve functionality; you can manage or disable them through your browser settings, though doing so may limit certain features of the site. Our use of these technologies is governed by principles of necessity and proportionality, ensuring that only the minimum data required for legitimate purposes is collected. For instance, when processing an order, we collect only the data essential for fulfillment, payment verification, and delivery, without retaining unnecessary details beyond what is required for legal or operational reasons. We do not engage in automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects or significantly affects you without your explicit consent, and all data processing is based on lawful grounds such as consent, contractual necessity, legitimate interests (e.g., fraud prevention and marketing), or legal obligations.

One of the most important aspects of GoyWear is that everything we do is intended solely for comedic purposes. This entire enterprise, including the designs, slogans, and overall branding, is crafted as satire and parody, with no intention to promote any serious political, social, or ideological views. The content is meant to be humorous, absurd, and ironic, drawing from memes, exaggeration, and cultural references in a way that is not to be taken literally or as endorsement of any real-world events, figures, or beliefs. We emphasize that none of the products or materials are designed to incite harm, division, or offense in a genuine sense; they are jokes, nothing more. If any element appears to suggest otherwise, it is purely for comedic effect, and we disclaim any responsibility for interpretations that go beyond this. Our goal is to provide light-hearted, unwearable apparel that sparks laughter or eye-rolls, not to advance any agenda. This comedic intent is the core of our operation, and all users are encouraged to approach our products with that understanding in mind. We do not condone or support any form of hate, discrimination, or violence, and any perceived alignment with such is unintentional and contrary to our satirical purpose.

In terms of data usage, we process Personal Data for specific, limited purposes. For example, contact information is used to fulfill orders, communicate about transactions, respond to inquiries, and, with your consent, send promotional emails about new drops or limited editions. Usage data helps us improve the website, troubleshoot issues, and understand user preferences to better tailor our offerings. We may share Personal Data with trusted third-party service providers who assist in our operations, such as payment processors (e.g., Stripe or PayPal, which comply with PCI DSS standards for secure card handling), email marketing tools (if applicable, with opt-out options), analytics providers (like Google Analytics, anonymizing IP addresses where required), and fulfillment partners. These partners are bound by contractual obligations to use the data only for the services they provide to us and to maintain appropriate security measures. We do not sell Personal Data to third parties for marketing purposes, and any sharing is limited to what is necessary for business functions. In the event of a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, Personal Data may be transferred as part of the assets, but we will notify you and provide options where required by law. Additionally, we may disclose data if legally compelled by court order, subpoena, or similar legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property, or that of our users or the public. All such disclosures are made in strict accordance with applicable laws, and we will take reasonable steps to limit the information shared to what is necessary.

GoyWear uses Printify as our primary supplier for product fulfillment, a company that specializes in on-demand printing and shipping services with operations across multiple jurisdictions to ensure efficient delivery. Printify's role involves receiving order details from us, producing the items according to specifications, packaging them securely, and dispatching them to the provided shipping address using established carriers like USPS, DHL, or UPS, depending on the destination. This partnership allows us to maintain a lean operation while upholding quality standards, as Printify adheres to rigorous manufacturing protocols, including material sourcing from certified suppliers and quality assurance checks at each stage of production. Their processes are designed to minimize errors, with automated systems for order routing and inventory management that integrate seamlessly with our platform. Furthermore, Printify complies with environmental and labor standards in their facilities, ensuring that products are created in environments that prioritize worker safety and sustainability, though variations may occur based on the specific production location. We monitor this relationship closely to ensure consistency, and any issues arising from fulfillment are addressed through their support channels, which are available 24/7 for escalation. By utilizing Printify, we can focus on design and customer experience while delegating the logistical complexities to a proven provider, thereby enhancing overall efficiency without compromising on the end-user satisfaction.

Regarding your rights, as a user, you have several options under applicable laws. Under GDPR, you may request access to your Personal Data, rectification of inaccuracies, erasure (the "right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing for certain purposes, such as direct marketing. Similarly, under CCPA, California residents can request disclosure of categories of Personal Data collected, sources, purposes, and third parties with whom it was shared, as well as deletion or opt-out of sales (though we do not sell data). Requests can be submitted via email to our designated data protection contact at privacy@goywear.com, and we will respond within the legally required timeframe (typically 30 days under GDPR, 45 days under CCPA, extendable if necessary). We may require verification of your identity to protect against unauthorized requests. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, such as the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK or the relevant data protection authority in your EU member state. We retain Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes described (e.g., order fulfillment and legal compliance), after which it is securely deleted or anonymized. For inactive accounts, data is purged after 2 years, unless required for tax or audit purposes.

We take data security seriously, implementing administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect Personal Data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. This includes encryption in transit (SSL/TLS), firewalls, access controls, regular security audits, and employee training on data protection. However, no system is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against all threats, such as sophisticated cyberattacks. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities as required by law (e.g., within 72 hours under GDPR for high-risk breaches). Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions (e.g., session management), performance (e.g., analytics), and marketing (e.g., targeted ads), with options to manage preferences via a cookie banner. Third-party services like analytics tools may place their own cookies, governed by their privacy policies. Children under 16 (or 13 in the US) are not targeted by our services, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we discover such data, it is deleted immediately.

Returns and refunds are limited to a 7-day window from the date of delivery, provided the product is in original, unused condition with tags attached. We do not accept returns for customized or print-on-demand items unless there is a manufacturing defect, in which case a replacement or refund will be issued after inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is at the customer's expense. This policy is in line with consumer rights under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights in the EU, allowing for a 14-day cooling-off period for standard goods, but shortened here for operational reasons, with clear disclosure at purchase. Disputes are handled through customer support, and we encourage contacting us first to resolve issues amicably.

This Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or business operations. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice on the website, with the updated Policy effective upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. This Policy was last updated on February 20, 2026. If you have questions, contact us. We appreciate your trust and aim to handle your data responsibly while providing our unique, comedic products.

Our story

It started late one night scrolling X. I was cracking up at some wild Israel memes and conspiracy threads nothing too crazy, just the kind of dumb shit that hits different at 3 a.m.

One thing led to another and I thought: “This would be hilarious on a shirt?”

So I fired up Photoshop, started mocking up designs nobody in their right mind should wear in public. Jewdidas. Goyim Lives Matter. Jewstice League. The stuff that makes your group chat go crazy.

Figured I’d make a few for my bros. Turns out the boys wanted more. Then their friends wanted more. Then random people started sliding in the DMs like “bro drop the link before you get nuked.”

Now here we are, i even got a neat supplier. GoyWear isn’t really a brand it’s just me doubling down on a terrible idea. Every shirt is 100% satire, zero brain cells, printed on tees soft enough to wear while the reports roll in.
And yeah, me and the boys still show up to the function in them.
They stare. We laugh. The shirts stay on.

Buy before I get banned. 😈

Important Note

GoyWear is for comedic purposes only. These are just dumb, ironic jokes on t-shirts: pure comedy and satire with no deeper meaning, no manifesto, no revolution, no political agenda, no call to action, and absolutely no hidden message. If it looks like it means something profound, it doesn't. Laugh and buy it if you get the punchline, scroll past if you don't. That's literally all there is to it.
